  • Production Supervisor

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Manager to support daily operations at our Tissue Culture Laboratory. In this role, you will assist in the production, preparation, and maintenance of plant tissue cultures under sterile conditions, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. You will work closely with lab technicians and other supervisors to carry out propagation protocols, handle plant materials, monitor growth, and maintain cleanliness in a controlled lab environment.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor degree in biology, biotechnology, agriculture, botany or related field preferred.
    • Familiarity with sterile techniques and lab equipment.
    • 3–5+ years of experience in tissue culture production, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all tissue culture production processes from initiation to acclimatization.
    • Develop and execute production plans to meet volume, quality, and timeline targets.
    • Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and sterile techniques.
    • Monitor daily output, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
    • Coordinate with other departments for raw material supply, quality testing, and inventory management.
    • Maintain accurate production records, performance reports, and documentation.
  • Production associate

    Job Summary

    We are looking for skilled Production Associates to join our Tissue Culture Lab team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine operations involved in the mass propagation of plants through tissue culture techniques, supporting large-scale production in a clean, sterile laboratory environment.

    Qualification:

    • Minimum qualification of any degree in plant science, biotechnology, botany, agriculture or a related field is an asset
    • Previous experience in a lab or manufacturing/production environment preferred.
    • Familiarity with aseptic techniques and handling sensitive biological materials.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Perform tissue culture techniques including explant preparation, subculturing, and transplanting.
    • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets with consistency and accuracy.
    • Inspect cultures for contamination or abnormalities and report issues promptly.
    • Maintain accurate production records and labelling for tracking and inventory.
    • Assist with cleaning, equipment maintenance, and ensuring lab organization.
    • Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
  • Horticulturist

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Horticulturist to join our plant nursery. The Horticulturist will be responsible for the care, cultivation, and management of plants, ensuring optimal growth, health, and presentation. This role involves overseeing plant propagation, pest and disease management, soil and nutrient monitoring, and providing guidance on best horticultural practices.

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Botany, Plant Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Previous experience working in a plant nursery, greenhouse, or similar setting.
    • Strong understanding of plant physiology, soil science, and pest management.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily care of nursery plants including watering, pruning, fertilizing, and transplanting.
    • Monitor plant health and diagnose pest, disease, or nutrient issues; implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
    • Maintain accurate records of plant treatments, growth conditions, and inventory.
    • Ensure proper environmental conditions (light, temperature, humidity) are maintained.
  • Backend software developer

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a proficient PHP Backend Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications using PHP and related technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, experience working with databases, and a deep understanding of backend architecture and API development.

    Qualification:

    • bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master’s is a plus).
    • Proven experience (2–5+ years) as a backend developer or in a similar role.
    • Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Java, C, C++, PHP
    • Frameworks: Experience with frameworks like Laravel
    • Databases: Strong knowledge of MySQL database
    • API Development: Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Develop, test, and maintain server-side logic using PHP.
    • Build and manage scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
    • Write clean, well-structured, and reusable PHP code.
    • Work with modern PHP frameworks like Laravel to build backend features.
    • Write and optimize basic SQL queries and manage relational databases such as MySQL.
    • Help ensure data integrity and support database schema updates.
    • Follow secure coding practices to help protect user data and prevent vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, XSS).
